Megahertz USA LLC (“Megahertz USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and supplies sustainable, fully customized promotional products for brands in the United States. This policy applies to https://1earth.pro and any pages under it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, company website, product category of interest, and the details of your project. All of these except your name, email address and project details are optional.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs that may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the time of your visit. These logs are generated by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting purposes.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. We do not knowingly collect biometric or precise geolocation data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

  • respond to your quote request or inquiry;
  • recommend products, materials and imprint methods that fit your brief;
  • prepare pricing, samples and production schedules;
  • communicate with you about a project you have asked us about; and
  • keep records of our business correspondence.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How Your Information Is Handled and Shared

Form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in this website’s database. When you submit the form, its contents are sent directly to our business email address. The message then lives in our email system in the same way any other business email would.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers that operate our website and email infrastructure (our web host and email provider), strictly so they can provide those services to us;
  • Production partners, where sharing a project brief is necessary to quote or manufacture what you have asked for. We share only what is needed for that purpose;
  • Legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Megahertz USA, our customers, or the public.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this website.

WordPress, the software this site runs on, sets cookies only for users who log in to administer the site. Ordinary visitors browsing the public pages are not assigned tracking cookies by us.

Web fonts used in our design are served from our own server, so viewing this site does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font provider.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals.

6. Comments

If commenting is enabled on any article and you leave a comment, we collect the information shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent string, which helps with spam detection. Comment data may be retained indefinitely so that follow-up replies can be recognized and approved automatically.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our ordinary business, accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or otherwise remove it from active use.

You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details in Section 12.

8. Data Security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the website form.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • request a correction to inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information; or
  • ask us to stop contacting you.

California residents. California’s “Shine the Light” law permits residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures. If the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to a request you make, we will honor the rights it grants, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — noting that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Marketing email. We send email in response to inquiries. If we ever send promotional email, every message will include an unsubscribe link, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

10. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
